Is there a time limit on when I have to begin building my home, and can I choose my own builder?
No, there is no time limit to build. As the purchaser, you may use the builder of your choice as long as they are licensed by the State of South Carolina and approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Can I keep horses on my property?
Yes. The ACC review process includes land use (barns, outbuildings, pasture area, etc.). As a general rule you may keep up to 3 horses on small homesites (approximately 4 acres). Horses may not be kept on a property without the owner and/or a full time caretaker in residence on that property.

Are the equestrian center and other amenities completed, and if so, is it debt-free?
Yes, the equestrian complex is complete and fully operational. It includes the riding arenas, clubhouse and outdoor pavilion. The pool and cabana located adjacent to the outdoor pavilion was completed in May, 2010 and is fully operational.

The 30-mile trail system is marked and mapped. There are jumps located along portions of the trails and gallop areas for training.

Our community is free and clear of any debt.
